Training Your Team

Past Training Projects

Montana Public Health System Improvement Office

The Montana Public Health System Improvement Office wanted to help the Montana Public Health Department Staff a way to create engaging meetings and build a common facilitation language.  We provided 2 back to back ToP Facilitation Method (TFM) sessions.  Here's what they had to say.

The in-person no screen aspect was a huge highlight. The instructors were incredible teachers and very empowering. They demonstrated how to facilitate in such an elegant and natural way. They showed what adult learning should look like.

Nebraska Department of Education

The Nebraska Department of Education wanted to provide facilitation training to their Educational Specialist.  We customed designed a one-day training that combined with Focus Conversation Methods with a numerous experiential learning tool.

Here's what they had to say.

The experiences of the team and outcomes were exactly what we hoped for! I can't say enough good things about the value of the training and it was a delight to work with your team.

Public TFM, Omaha Nebraska

This ToP Facilitation Methods course was offered in Omaha, Nebraska. Project Harmony provided training space.  The participants from this public course represented individuals in academia, non-profit and the for-profit sector, individuals involved in counseling and those involved in stakeholder engagement for community development.

Here's what they had to say.

This course strengthens the awareness of the ways that communication can become difficult and provides tools to help you navigate them while maintaining group engagement. This is invaluable for anyone who works in groups, but it's also useful for one on one interactions.
