Charity Adams, CTF
Vision Fusion Owner

Charity Adams is a certified professional facilitator with years of experience in community collaboration, facilitation training, emotional intelligence development, strategy development and facilitation. She blends a rich background from her work with community and economic development, government, education, health care, and nonprofit sector with solid facilitation skills to help groups communicate and work together effectively. Share has extensive experience in supporting groups in their efforts to work together to achieve their desired results. She specializes in

cross-sector team collaboration, with an emphasis in leadership development, strategic planning, conflict prevention and project management.


Charity combines her approachable, down-to-earth demeanor with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes in her sessions. This blend enables her participants to feel secure, valued, and included, fostering an environment where they can confidently work towards their goals.


Charity embarked on her journey into facilitation under the mentorship of the esteemed members of the Great Plains ToP Training Team. This invaluable experience led Charity to co-own Great Plains ToP. As her facilitation expertise flourished, Charity expanded her network, forging partnerships with ToP trained facilitators nationwide. Through these alliances, Charity can offer comprehensive support to clients, collaborating with partners whose expertise aligns seamlessly with the client's specific needs and objectives.


Charity farms with her husband Darren near Cairo, Nebraska.  Enjoys spending time with her expanding family, her best little buddy, Jasper the Springer Spaniel, and watching the water roll by on the Loup River.

John Beranek, CTF

Intersections Group

John is a seasoned presenter, teacher, and motivator with over 25 years of experience in prevention and system change. Utilizing storytelling, discussion, music, and group interaction, he fosters awareness and drives change. Beyond consulting, John cultivates dialogue, inspires action, and fosters trust, empowering groups to collaborate and enact positive community impact through his energetic and inclusive approach. 

Kayla Schnuelle, CTF

Mission Matters

Kayla is a facilitator, trainer, and leadership consultant passionate about blending leadership development with facilitation. Specializing in strategic planning, organizational capacity building, and virtual facilitation, she has an international portfolio, notably with Wikimedia Foundation and Scotland’s Soil Association. As a certified ToP facilitator and partner on the Great Plains ToP Trainers team, Kayla brings extensive experience from her previous role as Leadership Development Director at the University of Nebraska’s Rural Futures Institute.

Greta Leach, CTF

Mission Matters

Greta Leach, a facilitator, trainer, and organizational development consultant, specializes in empowering individuals and teams to leverage their resources for positive community change. With Mission Matters, she supports nonprofits and socially-conscious businesses in capacity building, leadership development, and strategic planning. Previously with Nebraska Community Foundation, Greta directed programs focused on philanthropic wealth creation and leadership growth, bringing expertise in participatory methods, Asset-Based Community Development, and ToP facilitation methods.

Shelby Pierce

Pierce Porter Facilitation

Shelby Pierce, owner of Pierce Porter Facilitation, is a ToP Facilitator and Apprentice Trainer specializing in transitioning in-person groups to effective online meetings. With a decade of experience in financial services and healthcare, and a background in community organizing, she excels in facilitating diverse meetings both in-person and online. Passionate about guiding communities through new challenges, Shelby supports groups in navigating the evolving landscape of life and business.

Kim Howe, CTF

CoCreative Labs

 Kim Howe, founding principal at CoCreative Labs, brings over 15 years of experience in consulting, training, and facilitation for strategic planning and community engagement across diverse sectors. With a background in linguistics and language education, she has served over 200 organizations globally, providing facilitation, training, and consultation. Prior to her facilitation career, CTF was a language educator at the University of Illinois Chicago and Chicago City Colleges, as well as the founding director of a community adult education program in Chicago.
